PAYMENT STEPS
Payment progress is divided into 10 times, each time 10% selling price. For quick payment option, customers can receive 8% discount.
Preferential loan policy is up to 50% – 70% – 80% of the product value. 0% interest rate within 24 months (valid until December 31, 2023). Customers who have paid a one-billion-dollar deposit will be transferred to any of Masterise Homes group projects (valid until September 30, 2022).
SALES POLICY
The payment method of the Global city project is offered with many attractive incentives for customers, in which banks support loans up to 60% of the product value… Therefore, while customers who pay early can benefit from attractive discount policies, the first customers also receive special presents.
